ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING BUSINESS, SAN ANTONIO, TX

Alamo Brokers was engaged to sell a Texas based environmental engineering related service business. The owners had developed a great name and a loyal customer base all across Texas, but after 25+ years the owners wanted to retire. Alamo Brokers marketed the business and received several offers. The seller ended up accepting an offer from an out of town group who offered them to stay on in a reduced capacity as part owners of the new entity.

MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDINGS, SAN ANTONIO, TX

A 40,000+ SF office center consisting of four buildings was constructed in 2015. Alamo Brokers was engaged to manage the existing tenants and the property with the goal to sell it. Due to its location in the Medical Center area, we targeted the medical community. After a few months, an out of town buyer with multiple medical offices all around Texas decided to buy the property.

PACKAGING SOLUTIONS BUSINESS, SAN ANTONIO, TX

Alamo Brokers was engaged to market a Texas based packaging distribution business with several locations distribution across North America. In addition, the business owners had developed a patented product with outsourced manufacturing, and they had also created a franchise business model with franchisees. After a successful marketing campaign, the seller obtained multiple full-price offers before the business was sold to a local investor.

MEDICAL OFFICE, SAN ANTONIO, TX

A well established Podiatrist hired Alamo Brokers to sell their medical office building at the Medical Center in San Antonio, TX. The physician was getting close to retire, and we developed and executed a plan to sell the property and lease a smaller office to downsize the operations so they could retire at their own terms. The property was successfully marketed to the medical community and sold to a well known plastic surgeon.

DRY CLEANERS, FREDERICKSBURG, TX

Alamo Brokers was retained by a local investor to find a dry cleaning business. We found a premium dry cleaner business with multiple pick-up stations in the Texas Hill Country, and helped the buyer buy the business. Four years later, the owner decided to sell the dry cleaner to move out of state, and Alamo Brokers was hired to sell the business. We successfully marketed the business and sold it a second time to a private investor.

INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, FORT WORTH, TX

Alamo Brokers sold an empty 20,000 SF office/warehouse property in Fort Worth, Texas, to a private investor. The buyer hired Alamo Brokers to re-purpose the property to make it easier to lease. We developed a plan and oversaw the remodeling work, and also helped coordinate a long term lease of the property to a Fortune 1,000 company. We currently manage this property as part of the buyer's portfolio.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DISTRIBUTOR, SAN ANTONIO, TX

Alamo Brokers was engaged to sell a well established medical equipment distribution company in Texas. The company sold and leased its products into a seven state territory and offered full service and support to its customers. After the valuation was completed, Alamo Brokers executed the agreed upon selling strategy. The business obtained multiple offers and was sold to a private investor.

ECONOLODGE MOTEL, SEGOVIA, TX

EconoLodge has independently owned and operated motel operations across America. Alamo Brokers was hired to sell a motel with 22 rooms motel with pool, breakfast area and management quarters located in South Texas. After a thorough analysis and documentation of its performance, the motel was successfully marketed and sold to a private investor after we helped the buyer secure financing.

WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR, SAN ANTONIO, TX

Alamo Brokers was hired to enhance and sell a distribution business in South Texas, so the owners could retire. We worked out a plan with the owners to document processes and systems to facilitate the business transition. After three years of preparation to sell the business, and after growing the net income by 20% in the process, the business was sold to a private investor so the owners were able to retire.
